Ms. Jones' Story

I am a graduate of the ARCS to Freedom Journey and am honored to be here to support you on your journey.

I am the baby of six from an amazing family. My parents were married in 1950 and when I got married I believed I would have a marriage that was lifelong. However that was not the path my life would take.

A single parent raising two inquisitive youngsters was a learning adventure. In 2001 my son was a pedestrian in NYC when a car hit him hurling him into a coma. Life has been filled with ups and downs but I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world.
